Here's my piece for #ProjectG for Go Nagai and Manga Productions' Project Grendizer contest where ppl around the world can design Saucer Beasts to win fabulous prizes. I made this beast with a story in mind and it involves a legend of a forbidden beast REMOVED from Fleed's history until it was dug up by the Vegans. Not only that, it was also a tremendously terrible beast that was felled by an ancient warrior that was the inspiration to create Grendizer in order to combat future threats such as this had the time come. Another factor to this is of course, a criminal who attempted to murder the King and Queen of Fleed. This failed.
The Fleedian Criminal attempted to murder the King and Queen of Vega dues to different ideals of ruling the empire but was stopped in time. Casted into eternal imprisonment, he held a grudge and vowed to take revenge on their generations of rule until the time he can put them in their place. When the Vega Empire invaded the planet Fleed, lots of events had taken place. The criminal was sadly left to die until King Vega's personal guard troops found him and awaiting some sort of advance from the prisoner. The prisoner stated that he wished to die at someone's hands rather than a Fleed. King Vega was impressed by the courage and anger of this Fleedian criminal. Maybe he has some uses after all.
Thus the project was called 'Fleed Killer' and thus, King Vega approved of this in case anything were to happen to their people thanks to the radiation of their metal - Vegatron, destroying the stability of the planet Vega further. GabuGaron was made as a last ditch effort to end the Fleed Lineage once and for all. Imitating the same styles as Grendizer, it seeks to destroy the Fleed monarch though the Fleedian criminal notices the runaway princess, Maria Fleed in his sights during a battle on Earth and hopes to claim her, in order to spite Duke Fleed even further.
